This is our tagline. A simple yet memorable catchphrase that draws the audience to our desire to go higher and higher. Much higher than the limits that we put in our minds, and the ability to overcome anything that may be in our way.

'We Care, We Share, We Collaborate'

Our school's work motto. Here in SMK Mahang, teamwork is a vital essence for success. As the saying goes, 'Sharing is caring'. Sharing is truly fundamental here as we strive to seek out diversity of perspectives and ideas. Since 2023, we have successfully collaborated, both locally and globally - bringing our educators and learners to a wider learning network and opportunities.

'Mahang HIP-HOP'

The acronym 'HIP-HOP' in Mahang HIP-HOP refers to Highly Immersive Programme - Helping Overall Performance. This, in essence, is our school's HIP campaign under the MBMMBI policy. Concisely, English language support activities are implemented throughout the year for both students and school staff of SMK Mahang to increase their exposure to the English language. This website showcases all the English language related activities carried out by our school since the COVID-19 Movement Control Order (MCO) in year 2021. Mahang HIP-HOP has obtained appraisals from PPDKBB and JPNK primarily for its annual Outreach programme which is recognised by BSKK, MoE.

The year 2025 marks the third consecutive year of our successful organisation of an international-level event. Officially recognised by BSKK, MoE, SMK Mahang is proud to extend its reach this year to 5 other Asian nations: India, Indonesia, Japan, Türkiye and the Philippines. This year represents a significant milestone, showcasing the highest level of participation to date, with seven domestic schools and ten foreign schools taking part in the competition.

With the theme 'Global Inclusivity and Sustainability', the competition integrates the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this sustainable and inclusive collaboration, we aspire to achieve our objectives by conducting both writing and speaking competitions.
